The final coda of the LCD Soundsystem saga will arrive this Record Store Day, 19 April, when Parlophone releases ‘The Long Goodbye: LCD Soundsystem Live At Madison Square Garden’, a five-LP vinyl unabridged recording of LCD Soundsystem's near four-hour April 2, 2011 farewell show at New York's Madison Square Garden. On 19 May, this vinyl box set will hit retailers en masse and will be released digitally as well.
PixMob Video will be used for the first time outside of the Super Bowl by Tiësto as part of his residency at Hakkasan Las Vegas beginning tonight and then at the remainder of his shows there in 2014. 2,500 clubbers will be wearing LED wristbands generating wireless video effects in sync with his music. Pulsating with light as one organism, the crowd will become a canvas for Tiësto’s visuals, creating an immersive experience seen only at the US Superbowl.

A new nocturnal space is being carved out in London by a group of like minded people held together by a desire to put on parties that offer forward looking line-ups and late night experiences for a musically educated west London crowd. The name of the club is Qube, located in a basement in Victoria, and it launches on 21 February.

Scotland's electronic music festival Electric Frog returns this May Bank Holiday weekend with the Electric Frog & Pressure Riverside Festival. Organisers recently revealed plans to add a second day and return to the Riverside Museum site in Glasgow, UK for the second consecutive year for the 2014 instalment.
