It’s been a busy couple of months for Norman Doray. Coming off his largest North American tour in June, Norman launched right into the promo of his Size Records summer release ‘Celsius’ (with Eddie Thoenick) and played around the world; including dates in Ibiza and alongside Thomas Gold on Governors Island in New York City. 

Morcheeba frontwoman Skye returns this autumn with her third solo record, ‘Back To Now’, released through PIAS on October 29.  Production credits for the album, which is accompanied by lead single ‘Featherlight’, come from the Grammy Award winner Stephen Fitzmaurice (Paloma Faith, Metronomy and Professor Green). ‘Back To Now’ sees Skye on assured form in the follow up to 2009’s ‘Keeping Secrets’.

Almost four years after the release of ‘Free Cloud’, Perfect Stranger is back with his brand new artist album ‘Leap Of Faith’. Out now on Iboga Records, CD1 features all new original music from the man himself whilst CD2 features a selection of live versions, remixes and collaborations that have never been released before. Finally, CD3 is a special live recording from his performance at Israel’s Indigo Festival this summer.

The new series under the roof of the Audiolith label is growing slowly but steadily. Contemporary electronic club music is still in demand with its various genres ranging from deep to tech-house, from cosmic disco- to electro neo-trance and associated styles. You can hear these styles in the best clubs around the world and Krink was one of the first ones to explore these fields, followed by the likes of Rampue, Gimmix & Julei, Kalipo, Torsun Teichgräber and Marseille & Mendoza. They joined forces for a new 12“ package, including six tracks for the summer.  

Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike, Steve Aoki and Angger Dimas’ new track was spawned from late night, long hour sessions aboard the iDeadmeat Bus during this summer’s tour, which created their brand new lovechild ‘Phat Brahms’. The track is a high-energy, big-room, dance floor production, what you’d expect from a varied pool of production talent, and has been getting great reactions wherever and whenever any one of the foursome dropped it in a set.

UK electronic duo Simian Mobile Disco is set to release ‘A Form Of Change’ on Tuesday, October 2 on Wichita Records. The four-song EP comes from the same recording sessions as their album ‘Unpatterns’, released earlier this year. The collection is another example of Simian Mobile Disco’s creativity, and their yen for refining and redefining the parameters of their own musical landscape, following Brian Eno’s maxim that “repetition is a form of change.”

On Friday October 19, Dutch record company Armada Music invites all clubbers to get a taste of the label with the official Armada Night ADE special taking place at the Passenger Terminal. Hosted by ALDA Events and with some of its biggest names on the line-up, the event is sure to be a big one.

The Amsterdam Dance Event doesn’t only attract thousands of clubbers and music addicts from all across the globe, but also brings together the most prominent names in the industry. 

Example returned to the fore with the release of the first single, ‘Say Nothing’, taken from his soon to be released fourth album ‘The Evolution Of Man’. Earlier this year he sold out his first 14-date arena tour and recently announced a second round for 2013, this time 16-dates to showcase his ever-growing arsenal of hits. Now he prepares to release the second single, ‘Close Enemies’, from the new album, mixing candid lyrics with his chorus and darker beats.

Stuart Geddes is bringing their Mulletover brand of underground house back to the White Isle for the first time since part 2 of their ‘Mulletover in Ibiza’ party back on June 23^rd. This also double as Carnival’s penultimate party and sees Tobi Neumann return to Sankeys Ibiza alongside Brawther, Nitin, Manu Vulcano, Bones, Ibiza Undersound (Rod Maya) and of course Geddes. 

This weekend the Warehouse Projects 2012 autumn season kicks off in its new home at the Victoria Warehouse. Rinse cut the ribbons on Friday 28^th September with an extensive list of talent including Katy B, Lianne La Havas, Plastician and T Williams whilst Welcome To The Warehouse on Saturday 29^th brings Nicolas Jaar — Live, Seth Troxler, Julio Bashmore, Maceo Plex and Four Tet to name but a few.

Parisian pop star and international DJ Bob Sinclar transforms into a star of the silent movies for his new release ‘Groupie’. Emulating the legends of the silver screen, Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton and Greta Garbo, Bob Sinclar travels back in time to the 1920s in the video that takes its inspiration from the classic French movie ‘The Artist’.

Fifteen years down the line and Blu Mar Ten continue to release some top D&B. Having set up their own BMTM label back in 2009 for their homegrown creations, the doors have opened to invite inside similarly minded souls to lay down their own take on the more leftfield leanings of beats and bass. The first release in this new chapter comes courtesy of long-time friend and collaborator Stray. 

The documentary ‘A Year With Armin van Buuren’ takes one year out of the life of the Dutch DJ. Shot during an important year, the result is a unique documentary that offers a rare look inside the life and personality of the world famous DJ/producer. On October 6 at 9.30pm CET, the documentary will be premiered worldwide via the YouTube channel of Dutch airline company KLM.

Fans can get a sneak peek of “Fable: The Journey” for Kinect for Xbox 360 before it hits shelves on October 12. The ‘Before and After the Magic’ ViDoc reveals reactions from fans prior to and after experiencing a hands-on demo of “Fable: The Journey” at Comic-Con 2012 in the US. 

Having spent the past three months touring Europe, Afrojack now returns to the shores of the USA, and in doing so marks the return of his Jacked branded parties, kicking off on October 25 at Tryst Lounge in Las Vegas. Bringing his Jacked concept to 18 clubs across the country in the space of just four weeks, this trip will see him take in world-famous destinations such as XS Las Vegas, Mansion Miami and the Hollywood Palladium, as well as his own Jacked stage at Electric Daisy Carnival Orlando.

Azealia Banks releases her new single, ‘Esta Noche’, today through Polydor Records. The single is the lead track to be taken from Banks’ recently released 19 track ‘Fantasea’ mixtape. Banks will curate her own Mermaid Ball at the London Aquarium on October 13 and the event will feature an extra special performance from Azealia and also performances from several special guests throughout the evening. 

We Love… have held their tune all season with a gradual escalation to something of a top September and Closing Fiesta. The infamous We Love… closing party has become the gateway of new sounds to Ibiza over the last few years, and this year on 30^th September Modeselektor, Shackleton and Mambotur step up to the stage. 

To ready fans for his debut long-player, Fake Blood recently dropped the ‘YES/NO’ EP. The EP features the fan-favourite ‘Yes/No’ – a haunting piano riff builds into a refrain of the title, combined with trademark jbassline. ‘End Of Days’ is a techno track that has been causing mayhem in recent Fake Blood DJ sets. Final track, ‘Bionic’ is an exclusive track to this EP, which will not appear on the forthcoming long player.

With its title track heralded as ‘Essential New Tune’ by Jamie Jones & Seth Troxler on BBC’s Radio 1, Shall Ocin’s ‘Tribute To Summertime’ EP on Leftroom is tipped to be a crucial asset in record crates this autumn. This is Shall Ocin aka Nicolas Abalos’ second offering for the Leftroom label following the Left’d released ‘Moving On’ and ‘Patay’ earlier this year. With a natural talent and an ear for musicality this is clearly the onset of a fruitful career for this young producer.



Dogmatik Digital team up with Greek producer Dimi Wilson for a five-track EP of rolling house. Alex Arnout’s Dogmatik and Dogmatik digital labels have been influential over the last couple of years, breaking new music from the likes of Maya Jane Coles, Dusky & Stojche. Now Arnout’s team look to Greek producer Dimi Wilson for the label’s latest outing, an EP featuring five jacking house cuts.

London’s Saytek drops ‘Live On Cubism’ on Cubism this November – an album length, fully live set filled with the sort of rousing house and techno that has won him an admirable list of supporters in recent years.
 
One of the rare producers who eschews DJing, Joseph Keevil aka Saytek has instead devoted the past five years to dragging his considerable kit around clubs to deliver his musical message. 

London’s Apparel Music looks forward to the release of ‘Lune’, the debut album from Kjofol. Fabien Vilain AKA Kjofol is a unique and exciting producer who has been stirring up interest for some time now. Originally from Montpellier in France he relocated to Berlin two years ago to join the many musically minded souls who have chosen to immerse themselves in the city’s electronic music culture. 

Japanese producer Namy teams up with soulful house vocalist, Josh Milan, for ‘From Now On’ on the legendary King Street imprint this October, while remixes come from DJ Spen & N’Dinga Gaba and Aki Bergen & Daniel Jaze. While Namy is a relatively fresh talent in house music history, Josh Milan can be credited as one of the genre’s finest via his collaborative output alongside Kevin Hedge as Blaze. 

Cocoon Recordings return this October with another Green & Blue compilation, a live recording from Paul Ritch during the open-air festival’s 10^th Anniversary. The name Paul Ritch has become synonymous with deep techno since his early productions for the likes of Resopal Schallware and Get Physical earned him a highly praised status. His productions and live sets are charged with adrenaline, characterized by powerful, melodic and deep soundscapes.



Geisha hits the Cargo arches in London once again next Friday and as always the music will be doing the talking for this all-female driven night. Guest Anek is the first female duo to be welcomed to the exclusive VIVa Music roster. Currently working in the studio on various productions for VIVa and many other labels, their first release will see their track 'Whatever You Say' as part of VIVa Music's 100^th EP.

Guy J’s Lost & Found label’s second release comes from Kevin Yost, a musician of restrained, classy deep house that’s perfect atmospheric DJ material. One of USA's finest house producers, Kevin has translated his jazz inspirations and percussion inclinations into dance productions for many years, and now, with a remix from Guy J himself, he releases ‘Persistence’ on Monday. 

It’s a new term at The Warehouse in Leeds and the team behind the venue have managed to acquire the car garage next to the club adding a new third room, new bar and bigger capacity. Its new line up of events includes Hard Times with Masters at Work legend Kenny Dope on September 29^th followed by Todd Terry on November 24^th.

In the five years it’s been in existence, Fedde Le Grand’s ADE Takeover has become a popular part of the annual gathering of music people and fans to the Dutch capital. On Friday 19^thOctober, in association with Ministry of Sound, the Dutchman is back once again to deliver a fifth edition, returning to the Escape club in Amsterdam. 

After successfully producing more than 70 Sensation events for two million visitors in more than 20 countries since 2000, Sensation “Innerspace” – taking place October 26 & 27 at Brooklyn, New York’s Barclays Center - marks Netherlands based ID&T’s first event in the United States. 

Manchester´s Victoria Warehouse, home to the infamous Warehouse Project, announces a rare event this December 22^nd as the city´s most iconic band, The Happy Mondays, take to the stage. Once in a lifetime a city embodies a whole cultural movement and it´s hard to envision Manchester´s late-80s and early-90s scene without thinking of The Happy Mondays.

After a globetrotting, album releasing year, Krafty Kuts is back at his London home, Cable, on Saturday 6^th October for the next edition of ‘An Evening With Krafty Kuts’ and this time all three club rooms will be open, increasing the capacity to 1400 ravers. Cable’s Main Room will see a plethora of award winning acts come together for one night only, and, to make sure that the room is constantly evolving, each act will have just one hour to standout from the next. 

Techno DJ/producer, Vitalic, will release his album, ‘Rave Age’ on November 5 through Different Recordings. The album will be preceded by a single, ‘Stamina’, on October 1. As part of the release, Vitalic will up the ante with a brand new VTLZR live show coming to a venue near you later this year.

When the demands of their individual careers proved too great, it seemed to spell a premature finale for possibly one of dance music’s most gifted acts. But through ‘You Once Told Me’, fate has intervened. Songstress Mavie Marcos and DJ/producer Josh Gabriel (Gabriel & Dresden) are finally set to deliver their first full-length track collection.

Nicky Romero recently announced that his new radio show, Protocol Radio, has become an official iTunes Podcast - Protocol Podcast. Protocol Radio was established right after the launch of Nicky's own label, Protocol Recordings. Beginning in October. Protocol Radio will be broadcasted on FM channels all around the world.  

With Toolroom Knights’ sixth birthday set to kick off just days after the brand finishes its season-long residency at Space, Ibiza, it’s little wonder that Toolroom’s flagship party has gone from humble beginnings to a worldwide force in such a short space of time. The celebrations this time around take in no less than six tour nights up and down the UK, but the six theme doesn’t stop there. We caught up with label boss Mark Knight for a rundown on what else to expect…

After a season of underground parties capturing the real soul of Ibiza’s party scene, Steve Lawler hosts the VIVa Warriors Closing Party Part 2, showcasing Inmotion Music and Bouq. The Brooklyn grown label Inmotion, strives to convey only the most groundbreaking and influential house music from young undiscovered talent to established artists from across the globe. Bouq, founded by production partners Amir and Butch, pushes sounds from groovy deep house to uplifting techno.

DJ Harvey is returning to the UK for a couple of Red Bull Music Academy shows in October, in London and Manchester, the first time he's returned to play on UK soil in ten years! After laying down roots in the U.S. and Hawaii, he is finally coming back to the home crowd and it should be an occasion that will be drumming up a lot of excitement among both his cult followers and the club circuit in general.

DJ Times magazine and Pioneer DJ recently announced that Markus Schulz has been voted America's Best DJ for 2012.

The talented Miami-based DJ will be honoured on October 7 in Las Vegas for the ABDJ Closing Party, which will include a press reception at Marquee Nightclub at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. After being presented with his trophy--a special Gold-Plated Pioneer mixer—Markus will take to the decks along with special guest A-Trak to cap the Columbus Day weekend in Vegas. And the party is free!

Aruna will release her single 'Save The Day' on October 8 on Black Hole Recordings. A poignant break-up song, 'Save The Day' tells the story of that moment you realise the magic has left a relationship and isn't coming back. Having gone through the experience herself, Aruna says that moment tends to be even sadder than the breakup itself.

Dutchman Sidney Samson was recently asked by Ultra Music and Wynn Las Vegas to mix their first ever compilation – 'Encore Beach Club: Las Vegas Sessions Vol. 1'. Featuring 15 tracks, the mix is a great way to experience and relive some of the greatest moments from one of the world’s premiere day clubs. 

Fake Blood’s Blood Music label return to Room One in fabric to mark the release of his forthcoming three-track ‘Yes/No EP’ on Different Recordings. Building the momentum around a live performance from Belgian label signings The Subs, whose EP ‘Hypsteria’ is out soon, their lineup reflects Fake Blood’s ethos perfectly with sets from similarly energetic DJs like Boy 8 Bit, Clouds and Lebreton.

After his single release, ‘Cobe EP’, on 50WEAPONS Bambounou will now release his debut album, 'Orbiting', on November 23. Featuring 12 tracks in total, kicking off with ‘Hyper’ and finishing with ‘Orbiting’, the album has been put together with a space theme running through it. Andy Gardner and Lee Rous, otherwise known as Plump DJs, are back in the driving seat and hitting the dance scene with their distinctive sound. To celebrate the release of the third and final EP to be taken from their forthcoming compilation, ‘Dirty Weekend’, Plump DJs are giving away their own take on the ‘90s hip hop classic ‘I Wish’ by Skee-Lo. 

The Holic Trax label returns with its third release, this time featuring Parisian Chris Carrier backed with a remix from Kate Simko. The Holic name has been associated with quality parties, both in London and Tokyo, for over five years now, but it was only at the beginning of 2012 that boss Tomoki Tamura decided to put the Holic Trax label together. The first two releases came from Mr G and Tuccillo and have seen support from the likes of Paul Woolford, Matt Edwards, Huxley, Efdemin and Clive Henry to name just a few.

World premiered by Pete Tong recently, ‘What Does Tomorrow Bring’ features Starkillers signature melodic synth stabs, Richard Beynon’s electro rhythms and a lovely vocal from Natalie Peris. With a style that blends big hooks and riffs, soaring vocals, thumping beats and mind-bending effects trickery, Starkillers (AKA Nick Terranova) was one of the first American born DJs to break big room EDM music in the USA. 

Miguel Campbell makes a come back on the Hot Creations imprint with two original tracks from his highly anticipated album with remixes from Shadow Child and. It was Jamie Jones and Lee Foss who first spotted the Leeds based Miguel Campbell and snapped him up with ‘Baby I Got It,’ which was released on the label in 2011. The release featured ‘Something Special’, which became the biggest selling track on Beatport that year, now clocking over four million views on Youtube.

Armin van Buuren has released his brand new compilation, ‘Universal Religion Chapter 6’. The mix-album, for which artist Joseph Klibansky created the artwork, was recorded live at club Privilege in Ibiza, where van Buuren has his own weekly residency. The latest edition of his ‘Universal Religion’ series, that has been running since 2003, has entered the Top 10 iTunes album chart in countries such as the US, Mexico, The Netherlands, Canada and Germany.

Dutch DJ/producer Hardwell recently announced that as of yesterday, his worldwide radio show Hardwell On Air is becoming an official iTunes Podcast. Already broadcasted on more than 25+ FM channels worldwide, Hardwell On Air has become a popular show in the world of dance music. Every Monday, iTunes will be updated with Hardwell's radio show and users will have the ability to download the show in high-quality directly into their iTunes player. 

Detroit’s Hypertone follows up its debut release with a single from production trio Usual Things Around featuring a remix from Hector. New Detroit label Hypertone launched earlier this year with Noël Jackson’s single ‘My Baby Don’t Stop’, a record that received support from the likes of Mr C, Clive Henry, Groove Armada, James Teej & Danny Howells. Now the imprint is back with its second release, this time provided by the production trio of Usual Things Around.

Toolroom Records' album concept committed to the diverse sounds of techno returns with the follow-up ‘Rhythm Distrikt 02’. Going the extra distance and delivering an entire album of exclusive material, fans can expect 20 tough and rolling underground tracks from some of the world’s finest producers.

With Circo Loco’s move to Hop Farm in the lush Kent countryside, tonight’s summer closing party is now taking on festival status with added line-up and VIP passes to match. Thanks to an extra stage of music, the following acts will be now be bringing more Ibiza sprit to the party. Apollonia (Dyed, Dan & Shonky), is the new imprint of Dyed Soundorom, Dan Ghenacia and Shonky, as well as their back-to-back-to-back moniker, which sees them rotating one record each throughout the set. 

Back in May, under the #PureTrance hashtag, Solarstone cast ‘The Spell’. The track was a return to keynote trance production, its rhythmic, fluid arrangement, air-cutting synths and angelic vocals striking a chord. Taken from the tracklist of his allied album, ‘Pure’, ‘Fireisland’ and ‘Falcons’ (co-produced alongside Aly & Fila and Giuseppe Ottaviani respectively) exponentially fanned the flames of Pure Trance. 

Next year Pacha is planning to inject new life into Ibiza by opening a venue that will give travelers an opportunity to experience the Pacha lifestyle in a completely different environment. At nearly 50,000 square meters, the new resort will feature 170 rooms with different accommodation for different individuals, including luxury suites for the most selective VIPs. The rooms have been integrated with open spaces, trees and vegetation to bring out the site’s natural beauty, so the indoors and outdoors will feel like one. 

Sonar, Barcelona’s international festival of advanced music and new media art, today announced Sonar On Tour, a eight city tour of North America, the first time Sonar has undertaken a full tour anywhere in the world. Sonar On Tour will be led by some of the most cutting edge artists in electronic music, blending live performance and DJ sets. Joining Sonar On Tour will be Die Antwoord, Azari & III, Seth Troxler, Paul Kalkbrenner, Tiga, Gesaffelstein and Nic Fanciulli.

With a top performance at this year’s Ultra Music Festival, Dutchman Fedde Le Grand has released an hour-long mix from the event on YouTube, with the option to view in full 1080p HD! Featuring live footage shot by UMF TV film crews and directed by long-time partner FinalKid, it captures the passion of Fedde behind the decks and the electrifying reaction from the thousands of clubbers that were gathered at the main stage.

After a great first season on the island, and now with the summer drawing to a close, Jamie Jones recently announced the guests who’ll be joining him for the closing party of Paradise at DC10. 2012 has seen DC10 continue as one of Ibiza’s most loved venues as Paradise has transformed Thursday nights at the infamous club into a haven of musical indulgence. 

On September 29, Steve Angello’s new single ‘Yeah’ will be released on Size Records. A signature track of his 2012 summer world tour, ‘Yeah’ combines a pounding rock ‘n’ roll bass drum, big room synth and a dose of 303s. The summer of 2012 has been huge for Steve Angello. In addition to a packed schedule of his own live dates around the world, Steve’s been busy developing the Size Matters brand and the emerging talent on his Size Records label. 

DJ and producer David Guetta has just re-released his 2011 album, ‘Nothing But The Beat’, re-packaged with new music. The new version, ‘Nothing But The Beat 2.0’, features all the hits from the original album plus eight new songs including brand new single ‘She Wolf (Falling To Pieces)’ Ft Sia, ‘Play Hard’ Ft Ne-Yo and Akon, ‘Wild One 2’ produced with Nicky Romero and Ft Sia, ‘Just One Last Time’ Ft Taped Rai, ‘In My Head’ produced with Daddy’s Groove and Ft NERVO and ‘Every Chance We Get We Run’, produced with Alesso and Ft Tegan & Sara.

Over five days, the movers and shakers in the electronic music scene meet, greet, discuss and of course, party, at what is now classed as the world’s premiere clubbing festival and conference. Central to ADE’s success and worldwide appeal are its parties, and the annual MN2S event has consistently brought some of the globe’s biggest DJs together at one of Amsterdam’s finest clubbing institutions. 

After the success of ‘Open Space’ and his remix of Zedd’s ‘Spectrum’, Arty is back, accompanied by two legends of the dance floor as he teams up with BT and Nadia Ali for his latest offering, ‘Must Be The Love’. With the unmistakable vocals of Ali oozing throughout the track, ‘Must Be The Love’ sees Arty and BT pull out all the stops to concoct a euphoric progressive house track.

Zane Lowe recently announced his forthcoming “Electrified Tour” connected by Nokia Lumia. From 17^th September, Zane will be bringing his blend of cutting edge music to universities all over the UK. Zane is a highly regarded international live DJ and his infamous sets have pleased crowds all over the world, having already played this year at many of the world’s most prestigious events and festivals including: Bestival, Rockness, Global Gathering, SW4, Warehouse Project, UKF, Warriors Dance and Future Music in Australia. 

Nero, the electronic group comprised of British-born producers, remixers, DJs, and artists Dan Stephens, Joe Ray and vocalist Alana Watson, are possibly one of the biggest names in dance music. The trio received RIAA certified Gold-Record status in the US this month for their track ‘Promises’, which also stormed straight to the top of the charts in the UK, and are now announcing a deluxe re-packaged release of their critically acclaimed hit album ‘Welcome Reality +’ featuring all new original material and a North American DJ tour in October.

Hed Kandi has announced the full line-up for its Ibiza 10 Years closing party at Es Paradis, where they’ll finish with a return appearance by US DJ/producer, Treasure Fingers. Following a sell-out opening night on June 2^nd Hed Kandi has invited Treasure Fingers back to help say farewell to the White Isle for another year after another top season. 

Swedish dub-house duo Cazzette are offering budding creatives the chance to have their artwork featured as the official cover for their forthcoming debut studio album. Set for release later this month, the title of the album is currently in the fateful hands of their Facebook fan base. 

With London’s Halloween event drawing closer, mulletover announced two further artists to their line-up in the form of house music legend Kerri Chandler and the man from Switzerland with a soul from Detroit, Deetron. Growing up in a family of jazz musicians in New Jersey, Kerri Chandler’s father, a DJ too, provided young Kerri with a background in the origins of soul, disco and the New York Underground Sound. 

Connected has had a decent run of parties in the seven years they have been running. From Waifs & Strays to Huxley via Tom Budden, Miss Devine and Spencer Parker, the night has showcased established underground names next to up and comers at a range of venues around London. Now settled at the impressive cable, they celebrate their seventh with Below and One Records man Adam Shelton, Larse, Inxec and more.

Off the back of his performance at New York’s Electric Zoo festival, Tiësto recently announced the addition of Quintino as a special guest on select dates of his upcoming “Club Life College Invasion Tour.” With less than one month until the launch of the tour Tiësto has released a brand new video with live footage featuring Bingo Players, Dada Life, Quintino, Tommy Trash and of course, the man himself.

As of Friday past, Dutch DJ Armin van Buuren’s weekly radio show is available for online streaming exclusively on Spotify. The show, A State Of Trance, is one of the longest running radio shows in Electronic Dance Music (EDM) history, clocking up more than 11 years and nearly 600 episodes. 

September is the point where things begin to really heat up as Sankeys segue together a double header of grooves to excite their cartel of clubbers at this month’s midway juncture. Paul Taylor’s Retro takes centre stage on the Friday, his brand of revisionism a winning formula each time he hits the club. Iconic sportswear brand adidas Originals is bringing “Stripes Sessions” to Osaka this autumn. Having recently launched its first global music event series “Stripes Sessions” in June, adidas Originals has been showcasing some of the most popular electronic music acts at select Originals stores around the world. After hosting the first Stripes Sessions’ gig in Paris featuring Dada Life and the second with AraabMuzik in Berlin, adidas Originals will present a live performance by Hudson Mohawke at the Originals Shinsaibashi Store in Osaka, Japan on Wednesday, September 14.  

The My Favorite Robot Records team join forces once again with Sasse for a new single featuring a remix from James What. Canada’s My Favorite Robot have been working with some top artists and producers of late, with 2012 seeing original music and remixes from the likes of Jori Hulkkonen, Slok, Amirali, Andrew Grant, Djuma Soundsystem, T.W.I.C.E, Tomas Barfod, Tom Demac, Sid Le Rock, DeadEcho and Tiger Stripes to name just a few. 

‘Word of Mouth’ is the October released debut album from Leftroom Records boss and producer/DJ, Matt Tolfrey. This year’s Amsterdam Dance Event will see the techno genre and its sub genres duly represented on Friday the 19^th of October at the infamous Melkweg venue by one of the most influential flag bearers of techno globally: Dave Clarke. Aptly named The Baron of Techno, a moniker given to him by the renowned BBC Radio DJ / journalist John Peel, Clarke will host his Dave Clarke Presents showcase for the eighth consecutive year during this year’s ADE. 

Leading Japanese Imprint Apt. International deliver the ‘Loving You’ EP by Tony Lionni this month, comprising three cuts of melodic deepness. Tony became synonymous with contemporary house music back in 2009, releasing cutting edge music with a classic twist. Toolroom Knights returns to the UK to kick off their sixth birthday tour on Friday 5^th October. Café Olé at Space Ibiza gets glamorous with Back to the Disco tonight with a live performance from Crystal Waters. Crystal takes to the stage alongside Danny LeBlack, Rafha Madrid, Oscar Cano and Marco Loco. Before her success, Crystal Waters worked behind the scenes in the world of music, writing song lyrics for artists, where her life took an unexpected turn when she wrote ‘Gypsy Woman’ for fellow artist Ultra Naté. 

German duo Digitalism is no stranger to crafting stadium-rock electronic anthems, as 2005’s hit ‘Zdarlight’ proved. Propelling the duo to stratospheric heights and receiving global support, the pair then went on to craft further distinct dance-punk infused winners to mass critical acclaim. Bitch recently announced John Dahlback as their very special addition to the Bitch Arena at the forthcoming Mint Festival, taking place at Lotherton Hall in Leeds, Saturday 29^th September. Swedish house don and label boss, John Dahlback is a DJ and producer with a notably prolific career for a 25-year-old, with dozens of track releases and a handful of full-lengths already released on labels like Spinnin’, Toolroom and Dim Mak. 

Two of Ibiza's biggest parties will put aside island politics next Thursday and join hands to host a special day/night event that will take place across Playa d'en Bossa's two most famous venues. The historic collaboration between Cadenza's Luciano party at Ushuaia and M-nus' ENTER. party at Space will see DJs from both labels perform together at both venues. 

Perfect Stranger & Yotopia – Twist In Hell (Iboga Records)

Final one of the week, this new one from Perfect Stranger & Yotopia was released this week and is a great way to kick off the weekend. Full of energy and a driving bassline with massive drops, this is a big tune from the Israeli DJ/producer. With anticipation growing for his third artist album, ‘Leap Of Faith’, which is released later this month on Iboga Records (Sept 25^th), ‘Twist In Hell’ is the perfect taster to get you all pumped up for it. 

‘Hotel Insomnia’ is the fifth album from UK producer Paul Mac and reveals the Essex based beatsmith’s most cohesive collection of tracks to date. As the title suggests, ‘Hotel Insomnia’ lives inside the blurred realm of sleepless nights, different hotel rooms and constant battle against jetlag. As Paul himself concurs, “mostly it's a reference to the DJ grind thing. Some of the tracks on the album began life as jams that were created in hotel rooms in various places when I should have been sleeping.”
