Last Night on Earth founder Sasha’s latest release finds him working again with Newcastle-based producer and vocalist Artche, who has already collaborated with the likes of Franky Wah and Cristoph on Eric Prydz's Pryda Presents and also released solo on SHÈN Recordings.
First premiered during their Anjunadeep Miami b2b set in 2024, 'Dead Synthy' marks the first collaboration between progressive house artists Sasha and Marsh. This track is a slice of progressive house with a calm, inviting atmosphere that could feel like a journey through little fluffy clouds, and weaving in touches of electro and ethereal, angelic vocals.
Sasha has had a busy 2024 that has so far yielded collaborations with the likes of Super Flu & Sentre and a solo single 'Florian Drift' that aim to prove he remains at the cutting edge. His Last Night on Earth label continues to serve up a mix of melodic house and techno from various names in the scene and this latest solo single finds the him head into new realms once more.
Since it began, Sasha has probably been at the heart of the underground dance music scene. And, with his residencies, mix CDs to GRAMMY Award-nominated productions, he’s achieved much. He still keeps pushing forward with his DJ sets and productions and had a big 2023 that featured a collaboration with Because of Art and a new single, 'Works Vagon’, which he now follows with this latest outing.
