The deluxe version of Diplo’s recent self-titled album—his first full-length of electronic music in 18 years—is out now on FFRR. It features three brand new tracks with Melé, Raumakustik and Joeski and an entire second disc comprised of 17 remixes by artists including Sofia Kourtesis, Purple Disco Machine, Soulwax, DJ Seinfeld, Seth Troxler and more.
Diplo, Elderbrook and Andhim come together on the FFRR imprint and Diplo’s Higher Ground to deliver a summer-ready house track ‘One By One’, which is out now. Arriving just in time for the national return to the dancefloor, the track illustrates each artist’s individual styles. With Diplo’s electronic textures, hints of Andhim’s laid-back grooves, and Elderbrook’s vocals, all culminate in a lower slung vibe, showcasing the trio’s production.
Defected are set to make their US radio show debut tomorrow on the satellite dance music station, SiriusXM. “House Music All Life Long” aims to be an immersive escape designed with only one purpose in mind - to deliver listeners directly into the sweet bosom of house music for two full hours each month.
House music label FFRR and Diplo's Higher Ground continue their flurry of releases with ‘Turn Back Time’, a collaboration between Diplo and Sonny Fodera. Bringing together their combined production they deliver a new track full of old skool piano stabs, a vocal, bouncy beats and an electronic bassline.
Releasing their collaborative single in late 2019 Diplo & Sidepiece’s single ‘On My Mind’ has already 20 million combined streams and been chosen by BBC Radio 1 for ‘Tune Of The Week’, as well as reaching #1 on US Dance Radio.
