On the 29th of this month, at Ultra Music Festival’s 25th Anniversary, Carl Cox will unveil Evolution, apparently his most ambitious fully live show to date. Armed with drum machines, sequencers, synthesisers, and an arsenal of sound, he will be building, shaping, and reconstructing every track live on stage.

The show aims to strip away the excess and put the focus back on the music, inviting clubbers to experience dance music in its truest form. There will be nothing contrived, no overproduced theatrics, just Carl taking control of every element, from drums to bass, melodies to lighting and creating a symbiotic flow where the entire venue becomes his instrument.
Those in attendance can expect a performance that aims to plug people back into the thrill discovery on their terms and allow for those magical organic moments on the dancefloor to once again come to life.
Carl Cox: “With Evolution, I want to take people on a journey, a unified moment in time that will never happen the same way ever again. I want each person to know and feel when we ‘Evolve’ together, it’s just you, me and the dancefloor.”
