From the outside looking in, ‘making it’ in the electronic music may appear to be one of the toughest nuts to crack. Mark Sherry however would likely disagree as ‘staying there’ is maybe where the hard work begins. Mark possibly did the former inside his first studio trip, taking him to the top 5 of both the UK and international charts.

A testament to a professional life lived within the dance music space, his new album ‘TH3RTY’s title denotes both his years working there and the album’s track count.
Its music both looks forward and reflects back and features collaborations with singer-songwriters like Adara, Brieanna Grace and Kate Louise Smith. Equally, it includes partnerships with artists like The Space Brothers, Sarah Howells, and fellow Scot and close friend, David Forbes.
Mark has also seized the opportunity to crate dig and remix some of his all-time favourites, assigning his sound to tracks from Armin van Buuren, Mauro Picotto, and Westbam.
He also unveils a multi-track stack from a newer alias that aims to set the stage for fresh creative explorations and pays musical tribute to his close friend and former bandmate Mallorca Lee, who sadly passed away in 2024.
“Blood, sweat and tears doesn't even come close!” is how Mark assesses the album’s two year production run.
‘TH3RTY’ is out now on Black Hole Recordings.
