NUANS

NUANS has just made his debut on Insomniac’s Discovery Project label this month with his new single, ‘Kaye’. A departure from his previous work, the track showcases him embracing a more organic, emotive approach to his sound. His newest offering takes the shape of an Afro house single, weaving together piano keys,

percussive rhythms, lower frequencies, and a vocal hook sung in a West African dialect. 

The track was the winning entry for Discovery Project’s DJ/producer competition hosted for EDC Orlando, picked by guest judge Oliver Heldens. 

NUANS: “‘Kaye’ represents a turning point in my sound: melodic, radiant, and deeply personal. It’s a reflection of growth, embracing a more natural flow while staying true to the foundation of my production. This track feels like a fresh chapter.”

Based out of Orlando, his sound is a mix of chill, melodic, future, and R&B-infused house music, growing in the scene after apparently gaining recognition from some prestigious camps. He was the grand prize winner of Native Instruments ‘For the Music in You’ global competition in 2019, and was among the winners of the ‘Future Talent Award’ by Pete Tong and DJ Mag in 2023.
