Second news story in a row for the Adesso label. This time, it’s Tommy Gustav, aka Groove Cocktail, who has been active since the early 00s and has shared the console with DJs from Roger Sanchez to Bob Sinclar. The Polish artist also co-runs one of the biggest and longest-running label and party series in his native country, T aste The Music, where he is also a resident DJ.
Now making one of his most significant label debuts to date on Junior Jack’s Adesso Music, he brings the heat with his single ‘Shadow Rituals’.
The atmospheric track is an immersive six-minute affair underscored by thudding, organic drums, soundscapes, and siren noises before a chorus of vocals aim to transport you to another plain.
