Italian producer Marco Lys remixes a track from Deetron, ‘Starblazer’ on Defected. A track apparently regarded as one of the key tracks of 2010’s house resurgence, it remains a staple for many DJs from Sam Divine to Hot Since 82.
Marco is apparently one of the most listened to tech house artists on Spotify, and the 10th best-selling house artist on Beatport. His groove-laden and deep style is apparent with this remix, foregoing the original’s simplicity in favour of a complex and percussive build and release – underpinned by a bass that adds dancefloor wonkiness.
