Much has changed in the electronic music sphere since Cosmic Gate last released a ‘Wake Your Mind Sessions’ compilation. In its time, Nic & Bossi have jumped wholeheartedly into the live streaming space, embracing the medium with a succession of sundown shows from rooftops around Miami, NYC, Mexico, Bali and most recently Ibiza.
With apparent demand for a new ’Sessions’, a natural solution presented itself, bringing all the auditory of a Cosmic Gate performance direct to all channels as ‘005’ was a go.
The double-disc-er contains music from Armin van Buuren, Joris Voorn, Rivo, Like Mike, MAGNUS, AVIRA, Eelke Kleijn, Klur and many more. The mix-comp’s also the foremost platform for new productions and and amongst its 30-plus tracks are ‘Trifecta’ and ‘Only You’ (with Arnej and Susie Ledge respectively).
All included are fresh remix revisions of recent singles ‘Brave’ and ‘Just The Beginning’ and ‘The Drums’. You’ll also find Wake Your Mind Records premieres hot off the desks of Daniel Wanrooy, Noah Shah, Luccio and others.
The release journeys through deep house, tech, tech-trance and melodic techno and is out now on Black Hole Recordings.
