Huxley makes his DFTD debut with ‘House It Up’, a sampled outing of vocal house with a club groove. Over the course of 10 years, his sound has seen him grow from possible rising star to international DJ.
He was involved in early Boiler Room sets and Defected collabs with Shenoda, and also had appearances at Amnesia Ibiza, and performed coaching with industry figures for Mixmasters.
His latest release on the label, the track demonstrates an underground feel, thanks to a distinctive vocal sample underpinned by a wonky sub-bass that ebbs and flows.
