Crusy drops his biggest record yet on Toolroom. The Spanish artist has apparently been on the rise since his Toolroom Trax release ‘Selecta’ became popular on various dancefloors in 2022, with support from Carl Cox, Nic Fanciulli & John Summit.
Since then, he has signed with Toolroom management and is releasing frequently on Defected, Claptone’s Golden Recordings and Danny Howard’s Nothing Else Matters, whilst collaborating with the likes of HUGEL, Dombresky and Low Steppa, apparently racking up 20m streams in the process. His diary finds him at shows all over the world including USA, Ibiza, Mexico, Canada and more.
This record possibly hits that sweet spot where the underground meets the accessible. It’s a peak-time, acid-laced tech house track that borders on techno at times, and contains the ‘Hey Boy, Hey Girl’ vocal sample made famous by The Chemical Brothers in 1999.
