LEGATO presents the third single from his forthcoming ‘Midnight Rendezvous’ EP; a slice of summery, melodic house music with a deep bassline, harmonic flourishes and shuffling percussion.
Possible one of the freshest voices coming out of the UK house underground - as recently featured in Data Transmission, Magnetic Mag and multiple Spotify and Apple Music playlists - he is now releasing his music via LabelWorx.
‘Harmony’s Embrace’ is already being supported by various DJs, with Lane 8, Elderbrook, Icarus, Preditah, Horse Meat Disco and Sam Divine giving the track their seal of approval.
LEGATO: “’Harmony's Embrace’ is the third single from my upcoming EP, and I had a blast creating it from start to finish. The track is centred around this gorgeous vocal loop that also features the kora, a West African string instrument. I reharmonised the sample to fit around a bassline, and the other layers just naturally came together from there. It's probably the track that feels the most similar to my previous stuff and really let me connect with my expressive side.”
