Ibiza's Club Chinois is to open its doors to the summer season on Sunday, 28 April with an opening party featuring Pablo Fierro, Mestiza, Carl Kennedy and Clint Lee. Ahead of the opening, the venue will also host a special Easter Weekender featuring Club Chinois' residencies Trip and BOHO.
The opening features Pablo Fierro, who returns following his residency at the club last summer. Joining him will be Spanish duo Mestiza with their mix of contemporary house and traditional Spanish sounds, plus Carl Kennedy and Ibiza-based Clint Lee.
Ahead of the opening, the Easter weekend celebrations will see residency Trip, curated by promoter Johannes Goller, kick off proceedings on Thursday, 28 March, with the first of a two-party series, featuring Detroit’s Seth Troxler, EDB and a back-to-back between Eclud and Acida.
Part two will follow on 30 March, with French house artist and one-third of Apollonia, Dan Ghenacia, who will be joined by Romanian minimalist Arapu and another back-to-back between Cesar Vincent and Izbel. After several outings last summer, BOHO also returns at Easter, with The Awakening. Taking place on Friday, 29 March, the opening party will feature Camilo Franco, Nadja, Pole Position and Yazay.
