Leeds grown DJ duo Audiojack return to DFTD with ‘Mover’, a two-track package that showcases their club sound. Having met in Ibiza in the noughties, the northern house DJs and Gruuv label bosses apparently ‘established themselves with a string of chart-topping releases and industry accolades’ in the years that followed.
‘Mover’ aims to keep the pair ahead of the curve as modern techno and house come together, accented by distinctly different timbres. The lead, a club-cut, aims to keep the dancefloor engaged with its bassline powering on, while ‘Coloursound’ plays with pops and production against a backdrop of percussion, soulful vocals and static synths.
It’s out 17 November on DFTD.
