Signing up for a third collab, Fedde Le Grand has joined forces again with 22Bullets. ‘Down’ sees them coming out with pitched down vocals, breezy chords and pop hooks, all aimed at a sweaty night out in the club. Following the footsteps of the duo’s 2021 track ‘Bang Bang’, the track is out now across all streaming platforms via Spinnin' Records.
Fedde Le Grand, known for his ‘Put Your Hands Up For Detroit’, has remixed artists including Coldplay, Madonna, Michael Jackson, Rihanna, Shakira and many more.
In the meantime, as Asia also joined the global dance party in recent years, Thailand’s 22Bullets has apparently been taking the centre stage with several tracks, such as ‘Take My Breath Away’ and ‘Follow Me’. Underscoring his possible emerging presence, he’s also had collaborations with artists like KSHMR, VINAI and Timmy Trumpet.
After the guys followed up their first collab earlier this year with ‘Wouldn’t Be Me’, featuring Jamie, they’ve again teamed up now for this third single.
The track builds on moody, pitched down vocals, spreading a laidback vibe over piano chords and a steady deep house groove. Moving towards the chorus, the state of mind intensifies, with lyrics exclaiming ‘I want to get down on you’, causing a sultry atmosphere, emphasised by subtle bass chords, soft synth pads and sound effects.
