Jumping into 2022 off the back of his debut solo ‘Every Song’ Ft. bshp, Duvall returns with second single ‘Good Feeling’ featuring Sam Gray on Armada Music. Tuning into his sound and party roots, he aims to propel his solo career with the track. Known as one of the founding members of platinum-selling DJ/producer trio Disciples, he has switched his creative talents to focus on his solo career, where his sound meets a pop-dance crossover.
Duvall: “I was blown away when I first heard this track from Sam, I actually couldn't believe no-one had snapped the song up. It was rough around the edges and needed a lot of work so I ripped it apart and rebuilt it to what you hear today. The record is purely a feel-good one, when you hear it you can't help but feel happier. I believe it's something the world needs right now.”
Having written and produced for artists like Little Mix, Omi and Snoop Dogg and honing his craft through writing camps in Sweden and the United States, double Brit-nominated Duvall recently turned to use his talent to work on his own musical output.
His influences describe the way he bounces around production, artistry and performances: Diplo because of his can-do attitude; Pharrell Williams because of his ability to reinvent himself and the artists he works with; Calvin Harris because of his service to electronic and Quincy Jones for seeing something special in MJ, nurturing his talent and making timeless music.
