Defected recently announced two shows in Brazil for April 2022, continuing the brand’s expansion into new territories. Heading to the South American country for two nights of parties, the label will bring its brand of house party to warehouse-style space ARCA in São Paulo and the award-winning open air, jungle situated Green Valley in Camboriú.
Defected’s apparent growing fanbase in South America has demonstrated the appetite for the brand, with these Brazilian shows the first in the region for over a decade. Heading to Brazil’s biggest city for the first night, the label takes over São Paulo’s ARCA, a 6.4k capacity venue in the heart of the city. Opened in 2018, it has already hosted giants of the electronic scene like Circoloco, Solomun and Elrow, and has become ‘one of the country’s best loved venues’.
The following night the brand head to Green Valley in Camboriú, five time winner of DJ Mag’s Best Club Award. Located in the heart of the Brazilian jungle and a truly unique clubbing experience often described to be closer to that of a festival, Green Valley is a success story in the Brazilian electronic scene.
