Dance Generation recently announced their next show at Durham's Rainton Arena on Saturday 13 November, where they’ll be bringing House Grooves to the venue featuring a line up of Hannah Wants, Sam Divine and Jess Bays with Joey Turner, Lost Cause and Re-Run supporting.
DJ, remixer and producer Hannah Wants will headline the evening. Originally from Birmingham, pre-Covid in 2019 Hannah enjoyed a European season that included Pacha and Eden in Ibiza and festival slots performing to over 16,000 people at Leeds Festival. She toured two runs of Australia and North America and apparently ‘sold out her What Hannah Wants branded UK and IRE tour in advance for a fifth consecutive year’.
Defected Records’ DJ/producer Sam Divine is possibly best known for her Sweet Female Attitude remix of the track ‘I’ll Bring you Flowers’. Sam has played at events and festivals across the world as part of the label and also on her own tours.
DJ, producer and broadcaster Jess Bays joins Sam and Hannah on the lineup, having recently landed herself a show with Capital Dance and is also a resident for Defected.
Warming up on the evening will be local DJs Joey Fryer, Lost Cause & Rerun.
Rainton Arena is located in the Durham area of the North-East of England and is an indoor 2000 capacity venue. Tickets for the event will go on general sale via Skiddle at 10am on Monday 2 August.
