Defected Records will take over the WMC Mainstage Forum on 17 March to host a ’21 Years of Defected Records: How to Build A Brand That Lasts’. The seminar will provide delegates with insight into the mechanics of brand building from industry experts on the subject.
The panel of business founders, legacy artists and visionaries will share their stories of success, best practices and pitfalls to provide delegates with the tools they need to create, develop and enhance their brands.
Moderated by Roger Sanchez, it will cover many of the nuanced ways in which a brand is established, how to organically grow and maintain it, and the importance of keeping a watchful eye, and ear, on the future. The panel will discuss challenges brands may face and solutions that have worked for them when faced with similar scenarios. The business of a brand takes strategic planning, a great team and a clear vision to execute it successfully and each panelist has implemented these provisos.
