Brighton Music Conference recently announced 180 artists and speakers, including David Morales, Ultra Music, Defected, Irvine Welsh and more from across the music, nightlife, tech and digital industries for BMC19 at British Airways i360 beachfront centre on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 April 2019.
The full programme taking place from Wednesday 24 to Saturday 27 April at venues across the city will feature speakers from record labels Defected, Ultra Music, Glasgow Underground, R&S Records and Toolroom, joined by artists David Morales (key note talk), Friction, Danny Rampling, Huxley, Sam Divine, Low Steppa, Marshall Jefferson, Storm, Tom Middleton, Brandon Block, Jubilee, Kevin McKay, Rebekah, Leftwing & Kody, Carl Finlow, and author, playwright and musician Irvine Welsh returning for a second year.
The conference will also be joined by key figures from AFEM, Beatport, BIMM, DJ Growth Lab, Focusrite Novation, Help Musicians UK, Loopmasters, Pioneer DJ, PRS for Music, Scan Pro Audio, Sharp Stream, Skiddle, and Horus Music (panel sponsor) and many more.
Following a successful year in 2018, Brighton Music Conference will be taking over the British Airways i360 venue on Brighton’s beachfront for the first time, utilising the whole of the centre’s facilities, with exclusive networking parties being held 450 feet above the city in the i360 Pod observation tower. BMC19 will host two Pro Conference theatres, the Academy theatre, Focusrite Novation workshop theatre hosting demonstrations and talks, Toolroom Academy, Pioneer DJ networking hub, and a specialised exhibition/tech and services zone.
