Origins Rcrds producer Ben Sterling drops three cuts entitled ‘Members Only’ on Repopulate Mars this month. Cutting his teeth as a Ministry of Sound resident at only 18 years old, he debuted on Origins Rcrds in 2017. The British producer followed with a release on Shanghaied Records before returning to Origins this year.
His imaginative approach to dancefloor focused house apparently continues to receive regular support from Jamie Jones, Patrick Topping, Richy Ahmed and Lee Foss. ‘Members Only’ comes complete with a groove and intricate bassline as catchy vox repeat throughout. ‘Red Shades’ injects more thud with its robust kicks and crunchy snares with a silky female voice speaking softly on top, leading into ‘Party Over Here’ which concludes the package with funky bass, subtle rap vocals and effects.
