Sankeys Ibiza recently confirmed that UK imprint Hypercolour will be joining the club this season. Crowned 'Label of the Year' by DJ Mag in their recent Best of British Awards, Hypercolour will be taking up residency every Monday for 14 parties throughout the summer. The imprint that was founded by Jamie Russell and Alex Jones in 2006, has built its reputation on releasing top house and techno records, rather than hyperbole.
It's this philosophy that has seen artists of the ilk of Maya Jane Coles, Huxley, Mosca, Kris Wadsworth and George Fitzgerald, among others all release cuts on the label. Its reputation had Groove Armada knocking at their door offering a series of club tracks that were released last year.
