The Def Mix party crew get set to party at the Vagabond on Saturday, marking 26 annual events at Miami's WMC! The Godfathers, Frankie Knuckles and David Morales will be joined by new Def Mix member Quentin Harris in the main room, with Hector Romero and Brazil's DJ Meme at the controls in the bar. Outside in the garden, David's son, Brandon Morales, will be performing alongside Dave Pachanga and Micky Tomasino.
Having not so long ago celebrated 25 years, Def Mix began their next chapter this year by welcoming Quentin Harris and DJ Meme (he’s Brazilliant!) to the fold. Now, they’re preparing for the imminent launch of the new Def Mix Record label, with the first release from The Boss (David Morales) titled 'Orisha' and includes an Oscar G Remix. David Morales and DJ Meme have also been collaborating on a single together with Antoinette titled '24 Hours', which will make its party debut this weekend. Still focusing on their roster, Frankie Knuckles and Eric Kupper continue their remix flow as The Director's Cut and Quentin Harris just remixed the new Nathan Adams’ single 'Falling' for Tribe Records. Hector Romero continues to dabble in the studio and is celebrating his 30th year DJing. It all kicks off at 10pm EST.
